Reframing Annual Resolutions

Although I most always prefer to take the non-traditional path vs. following the latest fad, I’m actually a fan of the recent, and trending “In and Out” list, that starts to reframe the “annual resolution” discussion and flip it on it’s head. Focusing equally on what you want to embrace as well as leave behind - both important components for self-improvement.

But, while most people want to jump right to the excitement of the “In” list, of course I’m going to put my own spin on it. I actually prefer to start with the “Out”. Why? Now it’s your turn. Take time to reflect on your outs and ins for this year and after you do and if you’re feeling up to it, jot them down below and send them my way using the form. I’ll be sure to respond and we can chat about how you’ll stay motivated and accountable to your list / yourself throughout the year and make it the best one yet!
