The Energetics of Communication Group Program will be a comfortable and safe environment for up to 10 participants, all who are looking to dive deeper into improving their communication skills within either their personal or professional ives. This is an intimate container, conducted through three classes over the period of three consecutive weeks. Each class will include instruction, reflection and the opportunity for live coaching. All classes will be hosted virtually through Zoom and class recordings, as well as materials, will be made available to all participants (so In the event you are unable to join a class due to a last minute conflict, no worries - simply watch the class when it is convenient for you).
