Employee Development COACHING PROGRAMS

Employee engagement is a key component to department and organizational outcomes. According to Gallup, a leading management consulting company, high levels of employee engagement are associated with increased profitability, productivity, customer loyalty and employee moral. While everyone is responsible for employee engagement, it should be a manager’s primary responsibility to maximize their team’s capability and Energy Leadership coaching will help enable them to do that.

  • Energy Leadership refers to a particular and unique form of leadership where individuals learn to use their energy so it works for them, rather than against them. By applying the principles and concepts of Energy Leadership, your employees can increase their ability to recognize and shift their own energy and the energy of those around them. When your employees learn these skills, they will help inspire and motivate themselves and those around them creating a highly engaged culture that produces quality results and has fun doing so.

  • The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment is a propriety, research-backed tool that measures an individuals unique energy levels based on how they view the world. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life creating a foundation that can then be reshaped via coaching. This tool helps employees understand their strengths, embrace their weaknesses and discover how they can work to their full potential and help others do the same.

  • Based on the outcomes the employee and their manager desire, personalized coaching programs are created to achieve those goals. Each package will include one ELI assessment. Our first session will be a debrief on the results. From there, individual 1x1 sessions will provide an intimate container to deep dive into learnings, build specific skill sets and weekly accountability on action items.

The Energy Leadership 12 Session Employee Development Coaching Program is an intimate partnership designed to help support achieving the goals and outcomes you and your manager have mutually agreed upon towards advancing your professional development.  

  • (1) Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments and a .pdf of your unique ELI results.

  • (12) Sessions conducted virtually via Zoom

    • (1) Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and debrief session (90 minutes).

    • (11) Coaching Sessions, (60 minutes each).

  • Unlimited communication between sessions via email or the mobile application based messenger platform, Voxer, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST.

  • Two mindset tools that will help you acknowledge your thoughts, emotions, actions and how to manage them.

  • Documents and techniques that align to your goals

  • Personalized Success Formula at the conclusion of the program which highlights all the items that contributed to increasing your energy, productivity and satisfaction

* The Energy Leadership 12 Session Employee Development Program also includes four 30-minute manager feedback sessions between the coach and the manager to obtain their guidance and feedback throughout the program.

PRICING, PAYMENT & TERM

  • All inclusive price of $5,000

  • Can be paid by the employer or can be paid upfront in full at time of purchase by the employee

  • If paid by the employer, employee will be provided a code to complete checkout at no cost to them

  • If paid by the employee, employee is fully responsible for any approval and reimbursement of payment by their employer, if applicable

  • Term of engagement last 4 months or 120 days from date of purchase
